Returns & Exchanges
You may return merchandise purchased at venusdesignerjewelry.com if it meets the guidelines below.
Important: If you have any reason, you must return a portion of or all of your orders, please notify Venus Designer Jewelry.
- Venusdesignerjewelry.com provides a 14-day, no-questions-asked, exchange on all products purchased of equal or higher value items, except special order items.
- If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of purchase. The original shipping charge may be deducted.
- Any calls or return requests AFTER 14 days of receiving the jewelry will NOT qualify for return.
- If you wish to cancel or change your mind about a Special Order item, you will be charged a 25-50% restocking fee.
- In the case of a return, a credit will only be issued after we receive the Products and inspect it in. You have to ship the item. Venus Designer Jewelry will not compensate for the shipping.
- If you are not satisfied or have changed your mind about your purchase please notify us by e-mail ( email@example.com ) or phone ( 2133404881 ) We are happy to help you. All items listed as "Hot Deals" or "Deal Of the Day" will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued. Actual shipping charges paid by Venus Designer Jewelry will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. Our Low Prices do not allow further services here.
- Refunds are not accepted on products that were purchased at a discount of 40% or more. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The credit will be less the $3 restocking fee and the shipping charges. It can take up to 5 business days for the refund to be received by your bank.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange and send you an invoice for the shipping. Once it is paid, we will send you the exchange piece.
We pack our pieces with extreme care to avoid any kind of damage. Each piece is inspected prior to Shipping. Items may still get damaged in transit due to poor handling by the courier company. In that case we offer to replace or fix the damaged pieces free of charge.
- Each returned item must be shipped back in Brand new, unworn and unused condition. All the returned items are expected to be shipped back with proper care as Jewelry is fragile and delicate.
- Colors can look a little different on different screens, We try our best to picture the product so that the colors are rendered as accurate as possible.
- In the case of an exchange of products, it is only valid one time.
The following terms must be met by you:
- Return the merchandise to us within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
- You must include all packaging materials.
- You must pay any return shipping expense.
